Returns Policy



To obtain a full refund of the amount spent on the returned product(s), the product(s) being returned must be returned according to

Ten50Boutique returns process and procedures.



You can return a product if you are not satisfied with the purchase, PROVIDED THE PRODUCT MEETS THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

  • Please contact us within 10 days of item being delivered, to make a return

  • The item must be in a re-sellable condition

  • The item to be returned must be in its original Ten50Boutique packaging, with all labels attached

  • The product must not be altered or repaired in any way whatsoever


Please send all returns via Courier, to our store the address on the website within 3 – 5 working days

  • Please ensure that the item(s) are packed in the packaging they were received in, or that they are easily identifiable 

  • Collection and return to our shop can take up to 4 working days for Main centers and 8 working days for Outlying / Regional areas from date of logging return.

  • Once the returns have reached our warehouse, each of the items in your return will be inspected before the return is processed and the refund or store credit initiated.

  • Store credits will be sent immediately via email and cash refunds can take up to 7 working days to reflect depending on method of refund and banking institutions.

  • You will receive a cash refund or store credit (Your choice) for the dollar value of the Product you paid.


Returning A Defective Product


Ten50Boutique Warranty:

If the returned product is found to be defective, the customer is entitled to either be fully refunded or Ten50Boutique will replace the product with the same product or similar items of similar value.


If the returned product is found NOT defective, is commercially acceptable and is suitable for the purpose intended, customer will NOT be entitled to any refund or replacement whatsoever but will be liable for all costs associated with having the item re-delivered to the customer.


Please note that the customer is not entitled to any refund or replacement under the Ten50Boutique Warranty if: 

  • Damage of product was due to incorrect usage

  • Damage or faults are due to normal wear and tear


Returning Wrong/ Incorrect Product(s)

Ten50Boutique endeavours, to take all reasonable steps to ensure that the product ordered, will be the same product delivered, ensure product availability, the purchase price reflected on our site are accurate.


However, in the rare event that Ten50Boutique delivers the incorrect product due to human error, kindly please return the product to us, in its original packaging, with labels intact. We will arrange collection and delivery of the correct item to the customer as soon as possible.

Processing of Refunds and Store Credit 

Should a customer be entitled to a refund for any reason, the customer will be refunded back using the form of payment used to fulfill the order, unless otherwise, customer opts for a replacement of the product with another or a store credit. 


If the customer requests a refund, it will be deposited back in the account it came from via EFT, or refunded as a store credit within 10 business days of the product being cleared by our Quality inspectors.

Our customers are not legally obliged to provide us with any personal information, but they do so at their sole discretion and own voluntary consent. Customers may unsubscribe from any promotional communications at any time via our website or our customer service department
